Telecommunications Dispute Resolution (TDR) needed to boost awareness of the service and support they provide their customers. We worked closely with the TDR team to develop a strategy and creative approach for this campaign – ensuring that key audiences were targeted through the right media channels.

The TDR campaign ran for 6 months through 2022 and was delivered through TV advertising, on demand, and social media channels. We were thrilled that the campaign had over-performed, reaching more people than expected and successfully engaged the public in awareness we intended.
