Telecommunications Disputes Resolution (TDR) needed to boost awareness of the dispute resolution service and support they provide telecommunications customers having difficulties with their providers.

The TDR brand was also dated and needed a refresh. The first step in this project was to update/evolve the brand identity - and the key marketing elements, website, brochures etc. The Campaign came next and was aligned with the new identity.

We worked closely with the TDR team in developing a strategy and creative approach for this campaign and ensuring that key audiences were targeted through the right media channels.

The TDR campaign is running for 6 months through 2022 and delivered through TV advertising, ondemand and social media channels - the campaign has overperformed in terms of reach and awareness.
