Outcome
This campaign needed to create awareness for Utilities Disputes and their services as they had a very low awareness rating with consumers. The campaign needed to inform and educate. It also needed to communicate that Utilities Disputes is independent, free and fair; provides neutrality and upholds privacy of individual complaints.
We created this playful campaign to engage and connect with the audience. We developed a series of animations to demonstrate some of the issues encountered with disputes and developed a microsite to support the campaign.
